1. OVERVIEW

VYRN Labs fulfills all orders through Supliful, our authorized manufacturing and fulfillment partner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on vyrn.co and through our Shopify storefront.

By placing an order with VYRN, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

2.1 Standard Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Friday may not begin processing until the following Monday.

2.2 Order Confirmation
• An order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase.
• A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
• No confirmation within 24 hours? Check your spam folder or email vyrnlabs@gmail.com

2.3 Modifications & Cancellations
• Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet in fulfillment.
• Email vyrnlabs@gmail.com immediately with your order number to request changes.
• Orders submitted to our fulfillment partner cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

3.1 Domestic (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. Shipping to US territories may be available — contact us before ordering to confirm.

3.2 International
VYRN does not currently offer international shipping. Sign up at vyrn.co to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Note: VYRN accepts no responsibility for loss or damage for orders forwarded via third-party reshipping services.

4. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

4.1 Standard Shipping
Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected by fulfillment partner)
Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days after processing
Free Shipping: On all orders of $60.00 or more

4.2 Expedited Shipping
Carrier: UPS or FedEx
Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days after processing
Rate: Calculated at checkout

4.3 Overnight Shipping
Carrier: FedEx or UPS Priority
Estimated Delivery: 1 business day after processing
Rate: Calculated at checkout

Note: Overnight orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM EST will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday. VYRN is not responsible for carrier delays.

4.4 Subscription Orders
• All active subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping regardless of order value.

5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates are in business days after shipment and are not guarantees.

5.1 Estimated by Region (Standard Shipping)
• West Coast (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ): 3–5 business days
• Mountain & Southwest (CO, UT, NM, TX): 4–6 business days
• Midwest (IL, OH, MI, MN, MO): 4–6 business days
• Southeast (FL, GA, NC, VA, TN): 5–7 business days
• Northeast (NY, PA, MA, NJ, CT): 5–8 business days
• Remote Areas (AK, HI, rural ZIP codes): 7–12 business days

6. ORDER TRACKING

• A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipment email.
• For order status, contact vyrnlabs@gmail.com with your order number.

7. LOST, DAMAGED & DELAYED SHIPMENTS

7.1 Lost Packages
• Check all entrances and ask neighbors if your tracking shows Delivered.
• Wait 24–48 hours — carrier systems occasionally mark packages delivered early.
• If still missing after 48 hours, email vyrnlabs@gmail.com. We will open a carrier investigation.
• VYRN will reship or refund packages confirmed lost by the carrier.

Note: VYRN is not liable for packages delivered to the correct address provided at checkout.

7.2 Damaged Shipments
• Photograph damaged packaging and product immediately upon delivery.
• Email vyrnlabs@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order number.
• VYRN will send a replacement at no charge for documented carrier damage.

7.3 Carrier Delays
• VYRN is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
• Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or expedited re-shipment at VYRN's expense.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. VYRN is not liable for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a package is returned to sender, we will contact you to confirm a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
• Address changes cannot be made once an order has entered fulfillment. Contact vyrnlabs@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error.

9. MULTI-ITEM ORDERS & PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders with multiple products may ship separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. Your account is only charged once for the full order.
